Bears Basketball Donates to Food Pantry

FARMERS BRANCH, Texas -- The men's basketball team at Dallas College Brookhaven kicked off the new school year by donating to the campus Food Pantry.

This is the second year that the team has donated to the food pantry, and look forward to many more donations for the years to come. The Bears brought water, ramen, pastries and many other food items, as well as toiletries.

This was a team effort, and an understanding that giving no matter how small is extremely rewarding. Giving is something that this world needs more of, according to men's head coach Chris McGill.
